About The Position

The Account Management Specialist manages a portfolio of existing customers to ensure high satisfaction, strong retention, and profitable growth. The role acts as the primary point of contact for day to day relationship management, proactively monitoring account health, driving product adoption, and identifying expansion opportunities (upsell/cross sell) in line with customer needs and company objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the primary point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Build and execute account plans (quarterly/monthly) including objectives, stakeholder mapping, and engagement cadence
  • Proactively monitor client usage and performance to anticipate risks, address issues early, and reduce churn
  • Lead periodic business reviews with clients, share insights, and align on next steps to improve outcomes and strengthen relationships

Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts based on needs, usage patterns, and industry context

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate account records, stakeholder maps, and engagement history in CRM and internal trackers.
  • Track portfolio performance and key metrics

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, client servicing, or relationship management, with exposure to renewals and/or portfolio growth
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or financial services is an advantage, including exposure to commercial negotiations, contract documentation, and cross functional delivery
