We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in expenses, data entry, prepayments and accruals. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, managing expenses, and supporting the accounting team in daily operations.

• Enter and process expense data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and track prepayments and accruals, ensuring proper recording and reconciliation.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts and supporting financial documents.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain organized financial records for audits and reporting.
• Work closely with the accounting team to improve processes and efficiency.

• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in expenses data entry, prepayments, and accruals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
