We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company expenses and handling supplier payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience looking to grow their career in accounting.

• Process  supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute supplier payments (bank transfers, checks, etc.)
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor and track company expenses to ensure proper allocation
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Familiarity with expense management tools
• Previous experience working with international suppliers
• Previous experience in payment execution
