• Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues and escalating when needed
• Provide clear, accurate information on services and financial options
• Maintain well-documented records of interactions and feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards
• Join training programs and contribute to continuous improvement

• Technical or Scientific background is a must
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (French is a plus!)
• Strong listening skills and a solutions-first mindset
• Positive attitude, organized approach, and attention to detail
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office tools

• Bachelors in math’s, physics, engineering or translation is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or after-sales support
• Experience handling customer complaints or resolving service issues
• Ability to manage high-volume inquiries efficiently

• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to manage and track customer requests and cases accurately
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills
