About The Position

What will your day look like ?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information to clients ensuring they understand their financial options and services.
  • Maintain records of interactions, transactions and feedback.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and protect customer information.
  • Participate in training programs to stay up to date with new trends.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • BS degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and ability to prioritize work.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Active listening skills.
