As an Assistant Product Manager – Cards, you’ll help shape and grow Whish Money’s card portfolio — including Visa Debit, Platinum, Teen, Multi-Currency, and BNPL-linked cards. You’ll work with teams across the company to launch new features, improve performance, and deliver great card experiences for our users.

Product Development & Innovation

• Support the design and improvement of card products and features (e.g., loyalty programs, Apple/Google Pay).
• Help with market research, pricing, and business cases.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor key metrics like activation, spend, and retention.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal teams.

Team Collaboration

• Work with IT, Ops, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure smooth rollouts.
• Coordinate with Visa and partners on testing and compliance.

Customer Experience & Marketing

• Assist with campaigns and product communications.
• Collect user feedback to improve features and journeys.

Compliance & Documentation

• Make sure card products follow all regulations and internal processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar
• 1–3 years of experience in cards, fintech, or digital banking
• Good with data, coordination, and presentations
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard systems and digital wallets
• French language skills
• Interest in fintech and innovation
• Strong communicator and team player
• Curious, organized, and detail-oriented
