As an Assistant Product Manager – Collection Services, you’ll support the development and daily management of Whish Money’s collection solutions — including payroll, bill payments, school fees, and more. You’ll work closely with teams and partners to ensure smooth operations for clients, while helping improve products and customer experience.

Product Development & Management

• Help design and improve digital and institutional collection products
• Draft business requirements and process flows
• Coordinate with tech, compliance, and operations for rollouts and updates
• Research market trends and competitor offerings

Operational Support

• Follow up on client setup and collection agreements
• Ensure account configurations and reports are accurate
• Monitor transactions and resolve issues with support teams

Client & Partner Coordination

• Assist with onboarding corporate clients
• Help prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations
• Work with business development to align product features with client needs

Reporting & Insights

• Track product performance and profitability
• Analyze collection volumes and trends
• Provide insights to support growth and improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, fintech, or payments
• Good understanding of payment systems and corporate collections
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
