About The Position

Responsible for coordinating and executing training programs to support employee development and performance improvement across the Company, in line with the set policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars as per the training calendar
  • Assist in identifying employee training needs, as per the Direct Manager’s direction
  • Prepare and organize training materials, resources, and logistics to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participation, and outcomes for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Support trainers and facilitators during sessions by managing logistics, technology, and participant engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, assessments, and post-training evaluations, in coordination with the Learning and Development Specialist
  • Update and maintain the training database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on employee development activities
  • Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation programs and ensuring new hires complete necessary training
  • Collaborate with external vendors and trainers to organize specialized training sessions when needed, in coordination with the Learning and Development Specialist
  • Research and recommend improvements to training processes, content, and delivery methods to the Direct Manager
  • Coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and vendors to organize specialized training programs, under Direct Manager supervision

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 year of experience in Learning and Development
  • Attention to details
  • Communication & presentation skills
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Adaptability and continuous learning mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Nice To Have

  • Certification in L&D or HR
  • Creative mindset for designing engaging training content
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with external training providers

Technical Skills

  • Designing presentations and training materials
  • Managing training records and databases
  • Coordinating and tracking training sessions
  • Using survey tools for feedback
  • Content creation tools (Canva or similar is a plus)
