About The Position

The Associate People Performance Specialist plays a foundational role in executing and supporting the organization's performance management framework. This position focuses on the administration of performance cycles, data integrity within HR systems, and providing first-level support to employees and managers regarding performance-related processes.

What You'll Do

  • Support the end-to-end execution of annual and mid-year review cycles, including self-assessments, calibration sessions, and final manager evaluations
  • Maintain advanced Excel trackers to provide clear data on rating distributions, promotion eligibility, and performance trends
  • Ensure all job titles align with the company’s grading system and coordinate the drafting and validation of job descriptions with HODs for employee distribution
  • Monitor probation period & ensure HODs submit final feedback by deadline set, maintaining strict adherence to company protocols
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to automate manual HR workflows

What You Bring

  • BA in HRM or Business Administration or related field
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in HR with a specific focus on performance management field

Nice To Have

  • Experience in performance management frameworks and appraisal cycles
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting within HR functions
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee lifecycle processes

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel & previous experience in utilizing HRIS platforms
