About The Position

As our organization shifts to a project-driven model, the Pipeline Coordinator acts as the central intake hub for the entire company. You will be the critical "front door" for the EPMO, responsible for receiving, evaluating, and directing the flow of all incoming organizational requests, project ideas, and operational issues. This role is vital for ensuring our project pipeline remains organized and that every demand is strategically routed to the right team for swift execution.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the central point of contact for receiving and logging all new project proposals, feature ideas, incident reports, and process inquiries
  • Perform initial triage to evaluate the scope, urgency, and strategic alignment of incoming requests
  • Strategically dispatch demands: route new projects/incidents to the core PMO, operational risks to the respective specialists, and process non-compliance issues directly to Line Managers
  • Maintain and update a centralized, highly visible dashboard tracking the lifecycle of all pipeline requests
  • Analyze intake trends to identify recurring bottlenecks and recommend workflow improvements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a business analyst role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex organizational issues
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across various departments

Nice To Have

  • Previous experience working in the fintech or banking sector
  • Foundational project management or service management certifications (e.g., CAPM, ITIL)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in intake and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Experience with project and portfolio management (PPM) tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Project)
  • Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar dashboarding software)

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the operational flow of the leading fintech company in the region
  • Unmatched visibility into enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives
  • A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a collaborative team
  • Clear pathways for career growth within the EPMO or broader operations
