What will your day look like ?
Assist our clients to achieve a great customer experience.
Efficient record of transactions according to customers’ need.
Open and close cash register to ensure cash control is maintained from the beginning till the end of your shift.
Maintain an adequate and accurate cash count at all times.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
Follow security practices and compliance guidelines to protect customer information and report the case to the concerned parties if needed.

You are theperson we are looking for if you have:
BS degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
Detail-oriented, organized and ability to prioritize work.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proactive mindset.
Active listening skills.
