The Field Ambassador is responsible for executing field sales strategies and supporting merchant engagement initiatives for Whish Money. This role focuses on direct merchant visits, onboarding, and supporting activation campaigns to drive growth in Whish App services. The specialist acts as the face of Whish Money in the field, ensuring strong merchant relationships and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives.

Field Sales & Merchant Engagement

• Conduct regular visits to merchants to promote Whish App adoption and onboard new partners
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing merchants, addressing their needs and concerns
• Gather and relay merchant feedback to the Unit Head for service improvement opportunities

Event Participation & Customer Acquisition

• Represent Whish Money at company-organized and external events to support customer acquisition and brand visibility
• Assist in organizing and executing field activations and community engagement activities

Campaign Support & Execution

• Support the planning and execution of activation campaigns as directed by the Unit Head
• Monitor campaign activities in the field and provide feedback on effectiveness

Product Feedback & Reporting

• Collect insights from merchants and end-users during field activities
• Report findings and suggestions to the Unit Head to inform product and service enhancements

Team Collaboration & Compliance

• Collaborate with other WOG team members to achieve unit targets
• Uphold company values and ensure compliance with internal policies during all field activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in field sales, merchant acquisition, or event-based marketing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in fintech, mobile apps, or digital financial services is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
