We are on the lookout for a dedicated Field Officer who will be responsible for implementing field-level activities related to the acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management of agents, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures. This role involves meeting clients on-site, identifying and accessing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional service.

• Visit potential agents to promote the network and explain the benefits and requirements of joining Whish Money’s agents’ network.
• Receive and collect requests from agents to join the network, ensuring all initial documentation is provided.
• Conduct on-site verification and cross-checking of information provided by prospective agents to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new agents, ensuring timely submission of required documentation and approvals.
• Maintain regular contact with agents to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
• Provide training and guidance to agents on Whish Money’s processes, products, services and compliance requirements.
• Assist in monitoring agent performance in the field, ensuring targets are met and providing necessary support to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements while conducting the respective activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management or related field.
• Proficiency in client relationship management and field operations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
