• Visit potential agents to promote Whish Money’s network
• Collect, verify, and process agent applications and documentation
• Support onboarding and ensure timely submissions and approvals
• Train agents on our services, tools, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain strong relationships and provide ongoing field support
• Monitor agent performance and help them meet their goals
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

• A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or fieldwork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational abilities
• Comfortable working independently and building relationships on the ground
