The Insurance Associate Specialist is responsible for managing employee and organizational insurance activities, including medical, life, and property insurance. The role covers enrollment, cancellations, renewals, claims coordination, and policy updates to ensure continuous coverage, compliance with company policies, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, updates, and cancellations
• Coordinate with insurance providers on renewals, claims, and policy changes
• Handle medical reimbursements and follow up on claims processing
• Support employees with insurance-related inquiries and coverage details
• Maintain accurate insurance records for employees, assets, and branches
• Oversee life and property insurance processes, including policies, renewals, and claims
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare comparative analyses for policy renewals and support decision-making
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in insurance or a related field
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset

• Experience handling multiple insurance lines (medical, life, property)
• Familiarity with insurance compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in claims coordination and dispute resolution
• Strong stakeholder management skills with external providers

• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Strong knowledge of insurance processes and policy management
• Ability to use databases and maintain accurate records
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools especially in Excel
