We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory across multiple branches, ensuring the accuracy of stock, and performing checks to ensure compliance with internal audits. Your efforts will directly impact the smooth operation of our business.

• Perform routine inventory checks and ensure proper management of stock across multiple branches.
• Conduct spot checks at different branches to ensure inventory accuracy and security.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate the inventory process when an employee leaves, ensuring all company property is accounted for and returned.
• Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure compliance and resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure that all branches follow inventory procedures and are aligned with company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory and cash movements.
• Identify and implement improvements to inventory control processes.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports for management review.
• Stay up to date with any changes to inventory management practices and audit standards.

• BS degree in Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, internal audit, or a related field.
• Familiarity with banking sector procedures is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling tasks.
• Detail-oriented, organized and ability to prioritize work.
