This role is responsible for supporting the growth and success of the business by identifying and developing new opportunities, coordinating integration projects, and ensuring seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. It plays a key part in driving innovation, maintaining compliance, and enhancing performance across all money transfer products and services.

• Conduct ad-hoc activities related to the Job Duties, as requested by the Direct Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in payments, fintech, banking or related field
• Understanding money transfer ecosystems, corridors, and compliance frameworks is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners

• Experience in remittance services, cross-border payments, or digital wallets
• Exposure to working with correspondent banks or international money transfer operators (MTOs)
• Knowledge of regional remittance corridors and market trends
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to payments and financial services
• Experience in product launches or go-to-market execution

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
• Familiarity with API-based integrations and basic technical workflows (preferred)
• Understanding of payment systems, remittance platforms, and transaction flows
• Ability to prepare business requirements documents (BRDs) and process flows
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
