The Operational Risk Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating operational risks across the organization. The role supports the implementation and maintenance of the operational risk management framework in line with international best practices, ensuring effective risk controls and compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across business units on a continuous basis
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Operational Risk Management Framework
• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Identify control gaps and recommend mitigation actions to reduce risk exposure
• Investigate operational risk incidents and support root cause analysis
• Prepare operational risk reports and dashboards for management and risk committees
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in risk management or related field
• Experience in a Big 4 or similar firms is considered a plus
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collectively

• Knowledge of financial, IT, or cyber risks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
