About The Position

The Organizational Excellence Senior Associate supports the Organizational Excellence function by contributing to process enhancement initiatives and strategic alignment activities. The role focuses on documentation, coordination, and consolidation of inputs from departments, ensuring that organizational processes, memos, and frameworks are structured, standardized, and aligned with organizational objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Support process enhancement initiatives and document workflows and procedures
  • Assist in process mapping activities and consolidate departmental inputs
  • Draft and maintain SOPs, guidelines, and OE documentation
  • Prepare OE memos, presentations, and internal communications
  • Support strategic alignment documentation, follow-up, and tracking activities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate OE deliverables

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in OE, process improvement, quality, or similar roles
  • Experience in Financial Services / FinTech and/or Corporate environments
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, process mapping, KPIs/OKRs
  • Strong documentation skills in English and Arabic
  • High attention to detail, structured mindset, and strong stakeholder management skills
