We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payables Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our accounts payable process running smoothly—making sure payments are accurate and on time, while helping us maintain strong, positive relationships with our vendors.

• Process and verify invoices with proper approvals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payables records
• Assist with payment runs and ensure timely disbursements
• Handle vendor inquiries and support strong relationships
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and time management abilities
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
