• Own the design – Craft intuitive, engaging, and functional experiences that balance user needs and business goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
• Stay user-focused – Run usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
• Build for scale – Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
• Prototype and deliver – Develop everything from low-fidelity wireframes to final high-fidelity assets

• 3+ years in product design, especially for B2C apps
• A portfolio that shows your end-to-end process, from research to polished UI
• Skilled with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
• Comfortable working in Agile teams
• Familiar with both Android and iOS design patterns
• Confident communicator who can explain and defend design decisions clearly
