We are on the lookout for a Mid-Career Project Manager to help lead delivery excellence across business and technology programs. You will manage critical initiatives while also contributing to the evolution o four PMO—introducing process improvements, building operational maturity, and supporting performance accountability. 

• Lead medium-to-large cross-functional projects with delivery ownership across departments 
• Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO workflows, templates, and reporting standards 
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and communications across engineering, commercial, compliance, and other support functions 
• Collaborate with leadership to define project- and team-level KPIs, and ensure visibility through dashboards and reporting tools 
• Support implementation of OKRs at the team and project level, and help track progress against them 
• Drive post-mortems, lessons learned, and retrospectives grounded in outcome metrics 
• Promote a culture of operational discipline, transparency, and results 

• 5–8 years of project management experience, including 2+ years contributing to PMO  or delivery frameworks 
• Experience in technology, FinTech, or financial services environments required 
• Proficient in Asana, Jira, Office 365; comfort with dashboards, reporting, and KPI analysis 
• Strong understanding of OKRs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks 
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement 
• Based in Lebanon with international experience or perspective preferred
