We are looking for a versatile Project Manager to drive diverse initiatives across our FinTech ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring projects—from regulatory compliance to product launches—are delivered on time and within scope.

• Project Governance: Define project scopes, timelines, and milestones for both business and technical workstreams
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact between Engineering, Product, and/or other teams
• Agile Delivery: Lead sprint ceremonies and manage backlogs to ensure continuous delivery
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical and operational bottlenecks before they impact deadlines

• Experience: 3–5 years of PM experience, preferably in FinTech or a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of APIs, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and data security
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science
• Tools: Proficiency in Jira, and standard PM software
• Skillset: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple tasks
