The QMS Senior Specialist supports the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Company’s Quality Management System within the Organizational Excellence Department.

The role is responsible for analyzing and enhancing business processes, developing and maintaining policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and related process documentation, and ensuring effective document control and governance.

The QMS Senior Specialist works closely with business units to understand operational requirements, identify process and control gaps, develop practical and standardized processes, and ensure alignment with internal quality requirements, applicable ISO standards, and continuous improvement objectives.

• Maintain QMS documentation and records in accordance with established document control requirements
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of enhanced processes
• Draft, review, and update policies, SOPs, work instructions, process flows, RACI matrices, forms, and other controlled documents
• Support in the process engineering and overall enhancement
• Support document control activities, including document updates, version control, publication, and archiving
• Coordinate cross-functional review and validation of policies, procedures, and other QMS documentation
• Support ISO 9001 and other applicable quality management activities, including internal audits, audit preparation, corrective actions, and follow-up
• Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions, observations, and improvement initiatives and follow up with relevant stakeholders on timely closure
• Assist in ISO-related activities, including corrective actions, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with departments to collect quality-related information, documentation, and evidence

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 6-8 years of experience in QMS, Process Excellence, Compliance, or a related field
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
• Understanding of business process documentation and SOP development
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, and the ability to work in a structured environment
• Strong analytical, documentation, and professional writing skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and seniority levels
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

• Master’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related discipline
• Experience in developing policies, SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and controlled documentation
• Experience with process mapping methodologies and workflow design
• Experience in internal quality audits, non-conformity management, root-cause analysis, and corrective action management
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification
• Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, or another regulated and process-intensive environment

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or equivalent process-mapping and workflow tools
• Process mapping and workflow documentation
• QMS and ISO 9001 documentation practices
• Document control and controlled-document lifecycle management
• Process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong AI literacy, including the effective use of AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, and productivity while maintaining appropriate information confidentiality and human oversight
