The Reach associate is responsible for executing field sales strategies, acquiring and onboarding merchants, and strengthening relationships with existing partners. The role focuses on driving the adoption of Whish App services through direct merchant engagement, supporting activation campaigns, representing the company at events, and gathering market insights that contribute to the company's commercial growth.

• Visit merchants regularly to promote Whish App services and onboard new partners
• Identify and target sectors, geographical areas, and businesses to provide the most suitable financial solutions
• Support the planning and execution of field marketing and activation campaigns
• Collect merchant and customer feedback to help improve products and services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners
• Collaborate with team members to achieve commercial targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold company values during all field activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or a related field
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field work
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (French is a plus)
• Positive attitude, organized approach, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple merchant visits and priorities

• Previous experience with volunteer or community organizations (e.g., Red Cross, UNICEF, Scouts, or similar organizations)
• Experience handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally
• Knowledge of financial services, fintech, or digital payment solutions

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills
• Ability to use mobile applications and digital tools for merchant onboarding and field reporting
