The Security Surveillance Associate is responsible for monitoring and supporting daily security operations. This includes overseeing security guards’ performance and ensuring proper use of CCTV systems. The role focuses on maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities or incidents
• Supervise and follow up on security guards to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all security measures are properly implemented
• Report violations, incidents, or irregularities to management
• Maintain accurate records of security activities and incidents
• Coordinate with the security team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in reviewing guards’ attendance to ensure accurate calculation of working hours
• Support in improving security procedures when needed

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent)
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role is a plus
• Good communication and reporting skills
• High level of attention to detail and responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and handle incidents professionally

• Experience in tracking attendance or timesheets for security staff
• Familiarity with access control systems
• Ability to work in extra shifts when required
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset

• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, emails, reporting)
• Familiarity with CCTV systems is a plus
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools especially in Excel
