We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant Specialist to join our Commission Unit. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing commission-related processes, ensuring accuracy in calculations, and supporting operational efficiency within the unit. The candidate will also play a key role in supervising team activities and improving workflows.

• Review and validate commission calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and oversee the daily activities of the commission team
• Perform and manage top-up transactions
• Handle rebate calculations and processing
• Reconcile commission-related accounts and ensure proper balances
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reconciliations
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to supervise, guide, and support a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in commission-based environments or fintech companies
• Familiarity with automation tools or process optimization
• Experience working with large datasets

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Experience with accounting systems and ERP software particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Familiarity with reconciliation tools and financial reporting systems
