We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Officer to manage the company’s insurance portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing all types of insurance policies including property, liability, health, professional and employee-related coverages.

• Manage and maintain the company’s global insurance program including procurement, renewal, and compliance for all types of insurance coverage.
• Evaluate and analyze the company’s exposure to risk and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for insurance brokers, insurers, and third-party adjusters.
• Lead the annual insurance renewal process including data gathering, proposal development, and negotiations.
• Administer and monitor insurance claims, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution.
• Stay current with market trends, policy changes, and new insurance products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
