About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Learning & Development Officer to design and implement training programs that support employee growth and align with the company’s goals. The role involves identifying development needs, delivering effective learning solutions, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What will your day look like ?

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis(TNA) using assessments, performance reviews, and input from managers to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Design and deliver impactful learning programs, including leadership, technical, and behavioral training, through workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job methods.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions using varied instructional techniques such as gamification and interactive activities.
  • Assess employees’ skill levels before training and evaluate post-training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with external training vendors to deliver specialized programs when needed.
  • Support individual development plans and career progression initiatives by promoting personalized learning paths.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in learning and development or a related HR function.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
