We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Legal Officer to lead and manage all legal and regulatory affairs. This role will ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while providing strategic legal support to senior management, including contract negotiations and high-level decision-making.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Provide expert legal advice, ensuring full compliance with local laws and applicable regulations
• Serve as a key liaison with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Advise and support senior management on matters of corporate governance, legal risk, and strategic decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the legal team
• Act as the in-house subject matter expert on legal and regulatory issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (master’s degree is a plus)
• 5–7+ years of legal experience, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry
• Deep understanding of Lebanese corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. Knowledge of international corporate law is a strong advantage
• Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills — fluent in both Arabic and English
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
