About The Position

We are on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our company by sourcing and engaging the best candidates who align with our culture and customer-focused values.

What will your day look like ?

  • Source, attract and engage top talent through various recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, social media, job boards, university career centers etc.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
  •  Conduct reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and work history.

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • BS degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented skills.
  •  Excellent time management.
  • Active listening skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professional and proactive attitude.
