We are on the lookout for an Early to Mid-Career Technical Program Manager (TPM) to help our engineering teams move fast with clarity and discipline. You will introduce light but effective Agile practices, manage sprint execution, and bring visibility to performance and delivery metrics—while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a growing FinTech company.

• Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives 
• Facilitate delivery alignment across Engineering, Product, Data, and Compliance 
• Maintain clear delivery plans, timelines, and velocity tracking via Jira and M365 
• Help translate product and engineering plans into actionable, trackable programs 
• Track and report team performance using delivery KPIs such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time 
• Support squad- and feature-level OKR implementation and tracking 
• Bring structure and predictability to early-stage projects while enabling flexibility where needed 

• 2–5 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, or agile team facilitation 
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/hybrid), Jira, and sprint health metrics 
• Familiarity with delivery KPIs, retrospectives, and basic OKR alignment processes 
• Understanding of software development life cycle and moderate technical fluency 
• Tools: Jira, Asana, Office 365; experience with SQL or scripting is a plus 
• Based in Lebanon; experience working with distributed teams is a plus
