Full-time| Rotational schedule (3 days AM / 3 days PM)
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist customers to ensure a smooth, positive experience
Handle transactions and maintain accurate cash records
Open and close the cash register with full accountability
Resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary
Follow all security and compliance procedures
Keep a positive attitude — and yes, smiles are part of the job!
What You Bring
A degree in Business or a related field
1–2 years of experience in customer service
Strong communication in Arabic and English (French is a plus!)
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive approach to solving problems and managing priorities
Nice To Have
Willingness to work flexible hours, as schedules may rotate between AM and PM shifts
