The Inventory Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and control of both physical and digital inventory across the organization. The role focuses on monitoring stock movements, reconciling inventory records between systems, and identifying discrepancies to ensure reliable reporting and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
Monitor and control inventory movements (inbound, outbound, and transfers)
Perform regular reconciliations between physical stock and system records
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams
Oversee stock counts (periodic and ad-hoc) and ensure proper documentation
Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP systems
Track slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged inventory and report accordingly
Support monthly closing activities related to inventory valuation and adjustments
Strengthen internal controls around stock handling and reporting
Prepare inventory reports and dashboards for management review
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
4–7 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or accounting
Strong understanding of inventory processes and valuation methods
Experience in reconciliation and multi-system environments
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Nice To Have
Experience in high-volume or fast-moving inventory environments
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (BC) or similar
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience in process improvement or internal audit/control roles
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reconciliations, reporting)
ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar)
Inventory management or warehouse systems
Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
